February 24 2012: Anyone in London with an interest in EFT or related meridian energy therapies is invited to drop in at the next meeting of the London Tapping Circle.
Set up by practitioner Ben Huss, the Tapping Cirlce meets regularly with a number of aims, as Ben explains: “Attendees will have the opportunity to work with other tappers to clear out negative emotions and old limiting beliefs, learn new ways of applying EFT from other tappers and gain confidence in tapping both by themselves and on others.
“It also gives them entry into the London-wide tapping community, and they can also earn AAMET Continuing Professional Development points if they are already a practitioner.”
Ben outlines the reason why the group was established. “Even though tapping is effective when working alone, we have found it to be so much more effective when working with others as part of a group. This is why we feel so passionate about hosting the Tapping Circle.
“We encourage attendees to come with something in mind that they wish to work on, something that has been challenging them and that they want resolution on. However, the Tapping Circle isn’t the place for deep traumatic therapeutic work, unless someone is already experienced in EFT and working with a practitioner, and we stress to attendees that it is always important to be responsible with their own emotional well being.”
One attendee recently said: “Felt so energised that I finished the very same evening some tasks I’ve been procrastinating to do for weeks.”
Ben says those brand new to tapping are welcome, but adds: “We would highly recommend experiencing EFT beforehand. We are working on organising an opportunity for beginners to learn EFT and will post details on our website soon.”
So, if you are familiar with Emotional Freedom Technique, have done just a little tapping or a lot, want to meet fellow tappers and work together with each other to clear out negative emotions and old limiting beliefs, you can’t afford to miss out this date in your diary.
The next meeting date is Wednesday, February 29, at Tapping House, 54 Old Bromton Road, London. The evening kicks off at 7pm and costs just £15 on the door or £14 in advance. Bring a friend to gain them half price entry. A certificate of attendance is available on request.
