February 21 2011:
An impressive roster of presenters is being assembled for the Spring Gathering, being held on May 21-22, 2011 at the Ramada Hotel, Sutton Coldfield. And moneys raised by the event will go to a new fund set up to benefit those working in energy psychology.
Among the 14 headline guests are international speaker and creator of Faster EFT Robert Smith, who will be sharing insights into his novel techniques. Also taking part in the speakers’ forum will be Safaya Salter, who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in energy psychology techniques not only with humans but also with animals.
The Pay It Forward Fund (PIFF) will be established with Spring Gathering attendance fees and other donations and will provide grants for relevant projects. Benefactors will be asked to help ‘pay it forward’ by paying back a monetary sum or their time which can then be donated for good causes.
There will be four diverse one day workshops across the Gathering’s Friday session:
Event organiser Roy Martin says the Spring Gathering will be informative, fun, friendly, and enjoyable as delegates spend time in a community of like-minded and like-hearted people.
“Over the two or three days they will hear from exciting speakers who are enthusiastic about their field of work and will share their life-transforming experiences using EFT and associated techniques,” adds Roy. “They will also get to watch some amazing live sessions, and could even be the one in the chair! There will be ample opportunities to mix and connect with others with similar interests and to make new friends.
“It is an excellent way for EFT practitioners to network and also develop new skills that will enable them to take their practice forward to another level. Or if they just have an interest in energy psychology, specifically EFT techniques, the Spring Gathering will give them a deeper insight into how to use it in their every day life.”
Roy promises that guests will have plenty of opportunity to chat with the speakers and browse the exhibit stalls over the two days. On Saturday evening there will be a raffle with prizes which such as one-to-one sessions with some highly experienced masters and practitioners, books, DVDs and more. Raffle tickets are only on sale at the event.
The event is being organised in association with AAMET which will also be holding its AGM and Trainers’ conference. The AGM is scheduled for 6pm on Saturday 21 May and attendance is free to all AAMET members. Meanwhile the Trainers’ conference will be held on Friday 20 May. This will be an informal two-way flow of information between the organisation and its trainers. As well as learning about new developments, trainers will have the opportunity to share best practice and ask questions. The Trainers’ conference costs £50, which covers the day and includes a two course lunch and refreshments. Trainers wishing to attending should visit the AAMET site for more information and to register.
