February 15 2010: If this story in today’s Telepgraph is anything to go by: Tapping therapy: curing physical and mental problems, EFT appears to be the therapy of choice for switched on stars.

According to Beverley Turner, the author of this very positive news item, singers Michael Ball, the late Stephen Gately, and Lily Allen have all benefited from using the technique for pre-performance nerves, or weightloss. She also writes that EFT has helped several top sportsmen with their performances – and all the way to a gold medal in the World Championships for Swedish pole-vaulter Rens Blom.

The writer signs up for a day EFT course in London, and talks to various health professionals who have introduced EFT into their practices, including a clinical psychologist and a drugs counsellor.
