Each month in her series of helpful hints for practitioners, Dr Rangana Choudhuri provides some useful information for practitioners about to embark on their business.
This month I re-attended Ann Ross’s Level 3 and she introduced the concept of energy marketing. I have tried it out since and I can confidently say it works. So why not give it a go yourself? Some of the core principles were as follows:
Tap away your own issues and limiting beliefs first. Get to the route cause of the limiting belief and tap away the crystallising moment (the first moment the belief emerged). Remember, most of these beliefs are the writings on our walls and they have been learnt. For example:
Clarify your fee structure and whatever you are comfortable charging add another £10-£20 onto to that and tap away whatever is preventing you from charging the extra amount.
Once you are all tapped out, tap into the type of clients you want. Start to visualise what are they like. Who is your ideal client? What issues do you want to work on? How much do you want them to pay? What behaviours do you want them to display? Write all your desires down and tap on it everyday and possibly chanting. For example:
Every day in every way the ideal client for me is phoning me up to book an appointment. I can see, hear and feel them calling up and walking through the door or phoning up for the session. They pay my fees happily and become raving fans of EFT and my services referring me onto to their friends, family and colleagues. Our sessions are effortless and fill us both with joy as the issues get tapped away.
Start to establish your niche. Having a niche is excellent as people begin to understand your focus easily and can start referring people to you. Some examples of niches are:
Become your own walking talking business ca= rd. You are your business card and align all aspects of you with it. The look, the feel, the messages and the promise.
